Pea Paratha
A flavored alternate for chappati

| Ingredients |
| Green peas – ½ kg (mashed) |
| Salt – to taste |
| Red chilies – ½ tbsp |
| Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped) |
| Coriander – 1 bunch (chopped) |
| Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp |
| Wheat flour – 1 kg |
| Oil – for frying |
| Green chilies – 4 (chopped) |
| Cooking Directions |
| Take a wok and fry onions with oil until golden. |
| Add salt, peas, red chilies, green chilies, coriander and soya sauce in the wok and stir well. |
| Cover the wok and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes. |
| Take flour and add a pinch of salt along with oil so that soft dough is obtained. |
| Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes before dividing in to small portions. |
| Now stuff 1 table spoon of peas in each portion. |
| Roll out each portion to form a chapatti. |
| Fry it on a pan until golden. |
| Serve with curd. |
