Nacho Cheese Soup
Delicious nacho soup with cheese

| Ingredients |
| 1 can whole kernel corn |
| 1 can diced tomatoes |
| green chilies |
| 1 package Au Gratin Potatoes |
| 2 cups skim milk |
| 1 cup light Velveeta cheese, cubed |
| hot pepper sauce, to taste |
| 2 cups water |
| Cooking Directions |
| In a large pot, combine the contents of the Au Gratin potatoes package, corn, tomatoes, and water. |
| Mix well and bring to a boil. |
| Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
| Add milk, cheese, and hot sauce. |
| Cook and stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted. |
