Delicious nacho soup with cheese





Preparation Time Cook Time Serves
10 Minutes 20 Minutes 5

Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced tomatoes
green chilies
1 package Au Gratin Potatoes
2 cups skim milk
1 cup light Velveeta cheese, cubed
hot pepper sauce, to taste
2 cups water

Cooking Directions
In a large pot, combine the contents of the Au Gratin potatoes package, corn, tomatoes, and water.
Mix well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Add milk, cheese, and hot sauce.
Cook and stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted.
