Liver Masala

Following step by step instructions and cook it on medium heat to get this delicious dish ready.

Ingredients
Mutton liver ½ kg
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil as required
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Brown onion ½ cup (grinded)
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
White cumin 1 tsp (crushed)
Yogurt ½ cup
Allspice ½ tsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp (dried)

Cooking Directions
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, brown onion, chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder with ¼ cup water and fry well.
Add tomatoes and roast well.
Add white cumin with liver and yogurt.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
When water dries and oil comes on top add all spice, dry fenugreek and coriander leaves.
