Liver Masala

| Ingredients |
| Mutton liver ½ kg |
| Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped) |
| Oil as required |
| Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp |
| Brown onion ½ cup (grinded) |
| Chili powder 1 tbsp |
| Turmeric ¼ tsp |
| Salt 1 tsp |
| Coriander powder 1 tbsp |
| Tomatoes 3 (chopped) |
| White cumin 1 tsp (crushed) |
| Yogurt ½ cup |
| Allspice ½ tsp |
| Fenugreek 1 tsp (dried) |
| Cooking Directions |
| Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, brown onion, chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder with ¼ cup water and fry well. |
| Add tomatoes and roast well. |
| Add white cumin with liver and yogurt. |
| Cover and cook for 10 minutes. |
| When water dries and oil comes on top add all spice, dry fenugreek and coriander leaves. |
