Liver Masala
Following step by step instructions and cook it on medium heat to get this delicious dish ready.

Ingredients |
Mutton liver ½ kg |
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped) |
Oil as required |
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp |
Brown onion ½ cup (grinded) |
Chili powder 1 tbsp |
Turmeric ¼ tsp |
Salt 1 tsp |
Coriander powder 1 tbsp |
Tomatoes 3 (chopped) |
White cumin 1 tsp (crushed) |
Yogurt ½ cup |
Allspice ½ tsp |
Fenugreek 1 tsp (dried) |
Cooking Directions |
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, brown onion, chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder with ¼ cup water and fry well. |
Add tomatoes and roast well. |
Add white cumin with liver and yogurt. |
Cover and cook for 10 minutes. |
When water dries and oil comes on top add all spice, dry fenugreek and coriander leaves. |
