Watermelon smoothie with a gingery twist

Ingredients |
1/4 cup fresh ginger, coarsely cut |
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice |
2 cups fresh seedless watermelon cubes |
2 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes |
Cooking Directions |
Puree the ginger and lemon juice in a blender. |
Add the fresh watermelon and continue to puree then add the frozen watermelon pieces and blend again. |
Chill and serve. |
